Pierre Elie Carron is a passionate winemaker located in Fully, Valais, Switzerland. Home of the autochthonous «Petite Arvine» variety. From the work in the field to the Oenology school he now started his own winery since 2016. He uses regenerative practices in his vineyards and produces 12 different wines.

The passion for the vine has been passed down from father to son in the Carron family. It was only natural for him to start an apprenticeship as a winemaker. He quickly mastered the work of the vineyard. But he wanted to go further. Ambitious and motivated, he brilliantly obtained a CFC (Federal Certificate of Competence) as a Commercial Employee and then a CFC as a Winemaker at the Chateauneuf Agricultural School. He further expanded his skills by doing an internship at a nursery. But he wanted to go even further.

He then pursued a bachelor's degree in Oenology Engineering at HES Changins. He complemented the theory with practical experiences, broadening his horizons by working at Weingut Hermann in Fläsch, before spending a few months at Mountain Ridges Wine in Wolseley, South Africa.

Back in our beautiful terraced vineyards, enriched by his experiences and knowledge, he embarked on a new adventure in 2016: creating his own range of wines! You can discover it today in our online store or by visiting us at the cellar. It's really not far!
